The Classic Bloom One Month Subscription

By purchasing a flower subscription, the subscriber agrees to the following legally binding terms and conditions.

Each subscription includes one subscription cycle as defined on the product page at the time of purchase. Subscribers are permitted to skip one scheduled bouquet per subscription cycle. To use this skip credit, the subscriber must provide written notice no fewer than seven calendar days before the scheduled pickup date.

Acceptable written notice must be submitted by email to the address provided on the subscription confirmation. Texts, direct messages, phone calls, verbal conversations, or messages sent to personal accounts will not meet the written-notice requirement. Skip credits cannot be rolled over, transferred, or used retroactively.

Subscriptions are pickup only. At checkout, the subscriber must select one of the designated pickup locations in Tiger, Georgia or Atlanta, Georgia. Pickup days, times, and procedures will be communicated by email or posted on the website. These communications serve as notice of the pickup window.

Bouquets are considered delivered in full once they have been placed at the selected pickup location during the posted pickup window. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to arrive during that window. The farm does not guarantee reminder notifications and is not responsible for missed communications caused by spam filters, email errors, or subscriber oversight.

If a bouquet is not collected within twenty-four hours of the start of the assigned pickup window, the bouquet will be donated at the farm’s discretion. Missed, forgotten, or unclaimed bouquets do not qualify for refunds, replacements, store credit, or an additional skip.

Flowers are agricultural products subject to weather, natural variation, and environmental conditions. Colors, varieties, stem count, and longevity may vary from week to week. By subscribing, the subscriber acknowledges and accepts seasonal variability, occasional imperfections, and differences in bloom behavior. Dissatisfaction based on subjective aesthetic preference or normal plant variation does not qualify for a refund or adjustment.

All subscription purchases are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• missed pickups or late arrival
• dissatisfaction with natural variations
• travel plans or personal schedule conflicts
• illness or personal emergencies
• weather or environmental factors
• changes in bloom timing due to seasonal shifts
• changes to pickup procedures or location availability

The farm reserves the right to adjust pickup locations, timing, or procedures when necessary for safety, crop conditions, or operational reasons. Any such adjustments do not create grounds for refunds or credits.
